Delivery Policy for Digital Items
1. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
By purchasing digital items on the Lipedema Rebel website (www.lipedema-rebel.com), the customer automatically accepts the General Conditions of Sale.
2. Delivery of Digital Items
Upon confirmation of payment of the amount due for the digital item, the customer will have immediate access to the delivery. An email will be sent to the address provided during the purchase, containing a link to download the purchased digital item.
3. Responsibility for Technical Requirements
We are not responsible for the lack of software or programs necessary to open the digital content. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate program installed on their computer. Any costs related to the installation of such software are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Download Problems
In case of problems downloading the digital item, the customer can contact us by email at silvia.fejesova@mail.ch. We will do our best to assist and resolve any inconvenience.
5. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers through updates on the website. You should consult our website regularly.
Delivery Policy for Physical Items:
1. Delivery and transportation
Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer in the order form.
The consumer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage to the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to the company within one week.
We reserve the right to split an order into multiple packages or to group multiple orders into a single package with the same delivery address.
2. Availability and delivery times
The delivery times indicated at the time of order confirmation are purely indicative. They run from the time of ordering or receipt of payment.
We endeavour to process your order within two working days, provided that all items ordered are in our central warehouse. Some products may not be in our central warehouse; it may take an additional 2-3 days for your order to be shipped.
Depending on the availability of certain items in one of our remote warehouses or due to sales periods, longer delivery times may occur. Therefore, all information regarding delivery times is provided for information purposes only and may be changed at any time.
If we are unable to meet the provisional delivery date, the customer has the right to cancel the order in writing by email to silvia.fejesova@mail.ch.
3. Information on parcel shipping
All shipments are made via the postal service. In addition, the general terms and conditions of Swiss Post Ltd, which can be found at www.post.ch, apply.
