I am a woman living with Lipedema who navigated conservative treatments, surgical decisions, recovery, and the emotional complexity of this journey.
Through this lived experience, I discovered that preparation changes everything.
This is why Lipedema Rebel exists.
Not as a support group. But as a private mentoring space where women prepare strategically for what comes next.

Hello, wonderful woman,
There comes a point when conservative management is no longer enough.
When surgery becomes a serious consideration, most women feel overwhelmed at this stage. Doctors explain procedures. But preparation is rarely structured.
I guide women through this phase with discipline, clarity, and strategic implementation.
This is not general support. It is private mentoring.
