This Refund Policy applies to all mentoring courses offered by Lipedema Rdebel (“we”, “our”, “us”). By participating in our courses, you agree to abide by the terms of this policy.

2. Disclaimer

The mentoring courses provided are in no way a substitute for professional medical advice. We are not doctors or health professionals, and we assume no responsibility for your health. We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatments, or opinions during the sessions. We encourage you to always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health-related questions.

 

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds for Cancelled Mentoring Sessions/Courses: If a course has to be canceled by us, participants will have the opportunity to choose another date on which the mentoring session or course can take place.

• Refunds for Cancellations by the Participant: If you wish to cancel your participation in a mentoring session, you may do so with 24 hours' notice. After this period, the service will be invoiced in full, and no payment made prior to the mentoring session will be refunded.

• For subscriptions, in accordance with the Swiss law on electronic commerce, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of the order confirmation, without having to provide any reason. To exercise this right, the Customer must communicate the withdrawal in writing (by email or regular mail). The right of withdrawal applies only to services ordered online.

 

4. Changes to the Policy

5. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, we undertake to attempt an amicable solution before taking legal action.

In the event of a failure to reach an agreement, the competent court will be that of Geneva, unless otherwise provided by law.
