Service Description
The first free introductory session will help you find out if we're the right match for building a relationship that will be helpful throughout your lipedema treatment journey. I'm a patient who's been through the lipedema treatment journey before you, and I know very well how difficult it is to begin your treatments. Often, people, even our families, don't believe that our condition is a real illness that makes our lives very difficult. I understand you; I'll be here for you. If you'd like, we can schedule a personalized mentoring session or you can decide later to purchase one of our 3, 5, or 10-sessions of personalized mentoring plans.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client: The Client may cancel a mentoring session with 24 hours’ notice. After this period, the service will be invoiced in full, and no payment made prior to the mentoring session will be refunded. Cancellation by the Provider: The Provider reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. The Client will be informed as soon as possible, and a new date will be agreed.
